8 Thryve 100% Plant-Based Koftas
1 cup pickled red onions
2 cups pickled red cabbage
1 cup mixed olives
1 lemon

Directions
Preheat 1tsp of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add Thryve Koftas and place a lid onto the pan. Fry for 10 minutes, turning occasionally
Cut your lemon in half, and grill on medium heat until it turns golden
Assemble your platter by spreading an even mixture of the onion and cabbage
Garnish with fresh parsley and olives. Squeeze your grilled lemon & enjoy!
