Soak the sliced red onion in apple cider vinegar for about 30 mins
Preheat oven on the broil setting and place a rack about 12cm from the heat source
In a large bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes in olive oil & salt. Do the same with the quartered onions in a separate bowl
Broil the tomatoes until beginning to open and soften (5-10 mins)
Broil the onions until they’re browning and soft, turning halfway through (about 20 mins)
Meanwhile, cook the Shish Tawook pieces in olive oil over medium heat until browned on all sides (5 mins)
To assemble the pizza, add pizza sauce, Shish Tawook pieces, cherry tomatoes, and half an onion. Place in a pizza oven or very hot (250-360C) oven until the crust is baked through and browning (8-10 mins)
Top with chopped parsley, sliced red onions, pickled turnips, and Toum drizzled across the top
